It is the buyer's responsibility to uninstall, remove, load, and secure any items purchased from the auction.  Please make sure you are prepared with the correct tools, equipment, vehicles, and any help needed to remove your items.  There will not be help or equipment onsite for loading. All invoices must be paid no later than 8AM on 2/7/24.  No exceptions.  This auction is pickup only. We will not be providing shipping or packaging for any items in this auction.

Old Colony Smokehouse is a BBQ restaurant that recently moved to a new location and the items from the previous location are being sold here.  There is a smoker, double Alto Shaam Cook-N-Hold, three door cooler, curved glass front deli case, fine china, wire shelving and racks, lots of small wares and more!!
